Fertility Solutions is proud to announce that we are an AIUM-accredited practice. AIUM, or the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, is an association that works to advance “the safe and effective use of ultrasound in medicine through professional and public education, research, development of guidelines, and accreditation.” Fertility Solutions was recognized for our commitment to truly personal patient care in that all four of our physicians perform ultrasounds themselves, as opposed to using the assistance of an ultrasound technician. Not every fertility practice includes physicians that take this extra step in patient care, and why we are proud to be among those who do.
Our patient’s comfort is always foremost in our minds. We know that undergoing fertility treatment can be quite an experience, with hope and stress high in equal measure. In order to make this process easier on our patients, our doctors perform ultrasounds and provide results during the same visit. Our doctors also strive to call patients personally when new test results are available so they can answer questions and respond to concerns right away. We know just how important these calls are to our patients, which is why at Fertility Solutions your doctor will be the one to contact you personally.
An AIUM accreditation means a great deal to the entire team at Fertility Solutions. It’s important that every patient, current or prospective, understand that their dream of having a child is taken to heart – that they aren’t just a number. Many of our patients come to Fertility Solutions after experiencing a less personal approach with other fertility centers and are relieved finally to receive direct care from their doctor during appointments. We are able to offer patients complete fertility care with an approach driven by four of New England’s leading fertility specialists.
